Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

Centora is built to help people meet in the middle, simply and fairly. These Terms explain how you can use the app and what you can expect from us.

By using Centora, you agree to these Terms. If something here does not feel right, it is best not to use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Centora. You agree to use it responsibly and in line with applicable laws.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

  • Do not use Centora for anything illegal or harmful
  • Do not try to break, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app
  • Do not misuse the service in a way that impacts others

How the App Works

We aim to provide accurate, helpful recommendations, but results may not always be perfect. Things like traffic, third-party data, and location accuracy can affect outcomes.

Changes Over Time

Centora will evolve. Features may change, improve, or occasionally be removed as we refine the product.

Payments

Some features may become paid in the future. If that happens, you will always see pricing clearly before you are charged.

Privacy

Your data is handled with care. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Centora relies on services like Google and Expo to function. Those services have their own terms, which may apply when you use the app.

Limits of Responsibility

Centora is provided “as is.” While we aim for reliability, we cannot guarantee the app will always be perfect or uninterrupted.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or damages. Our total liability is limited to $100 or what you paid us, if anything.

Ending Use

You can stop using Centora at any time. We may also suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if we can no longer provide the service.

Legal Details

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Disputes are resolved individually through arbitration, not as part of a class action.

Updates

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use means you accept any updates.
